I am always in appreciation for your assistance and advice throughout the years. No one, and I mean it, NO ONE goes above and beyond like you do for persons in my situation. There have been times I have felt so hopeless dealing with this insurance company and their management company. Without your advice and willingness to speak with me I am sure I would be out on the street right now.
